Muck Family Prayer Requests

A lot of people ask how they can pray for us throughout the week.  Here’s a few ways

  • Pray that we, Bethany and I would transition well into parenthood.  Pray that God would continue to show His grace in our lives while teaching us more about who He is in the process of bringing His child into our lives.
  • Pray that Bethany and I would have opportunities to share our faith with the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff as we walk into their lives/work more and more in the upcoming months.
  • Pray for Bethany as she deals with everything that goes along with being pregnant.  We are also starting to pray for the delivery; that everything goes well and for everyone who is involved safety.
  • Pray for me as I continue to minister to Bethany’s needs and continue to learn more on how to be a “dad”.
  • Pray for our future child: that they would be a young person who loves the Lord, walks in the faith, and someday would change the world for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • Pray for our junior high and high school students.  That they would make decisions that honor Christ, spread their faith boldly, and apply the biblical knowledge they are learning.
  • Pray for our high school seniors as they are making big decisions (school, work, etc.) that will effect their future.  Pray for Bethany and I as we continue to guide these young people on the right path that God is leading them.
  • Pray for the parents of our youth.  Pray that they woud be families who teach the Word of God in their home and set a proper biblical standard for these young people to follow.
  • Pray that we would be honest and have conversations with purpose instead of saying we’re “just fine”.
  • Pray that we would radiate the passion for Christ in all we do.  Pray that our lives would continue to have an impact on all the people we come into contact with.
  • Pray for my meetings that I am having with other pastors, teachers, and leaders.  Pray that the time I spend with these people would be engaging, that I would learn from them, and that we would encourage each other in the ministry needs that arise.
  • Pray that Satan would not succeed in distracting our attention to worldly sins.
  • Pray that we would be positive in the things God in doing in the church.
  • Pray that we would continue to have conversations with people in which we would have the opportunity to share the gospel.

It looks like a lot but that’s just a few.

Honestly, if you pick one thing on this list to pray for we would be grateful.  Every prayer sent our way means so much to us as we continue to work for the Kingdom of Christ.

Since you pray for us, how can we pray for you?

Great list of prayers. Praying for you all and the new family on the way. Of course, we are also praying for your ministry and evangelistic opportunities.
